Apartment of 43 m2 on the 3rd floor with elevator. The space is very bright with its four large windows overlooking the street. The apartment is quiet thanks to the double-glazed anti-noise windows.

The Kitchen: Equipped with a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer, stove, built-in extractor hood, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, filtered coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessities for cooking and eating.

The Living Room: Furnished with a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (160x200cm), a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a decorative fireplace, a dining table with four chairs, and a smart 43-inch TV.

The room: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) of 5-star hotel quality with top-of-the-line sheets, comforters, and pillows. The room has bedside tables, bathrobes, and slippers. A dedicated work desk and printer are available on request. The room includes a dressing room with a laptop safe, ironing board and iron,  hangers, and vacuum cleaner.

Bathroom: Bathtub, sink, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, scale, tissue dispenser, Rituals products for shower and sink. Bath linen provided.

Separate toilet with toilet paper and fresh scents.
